This was easy to make and had a good taste. I used chicken tenders and only cooked for about an hour. I didn't add the pimentos as we don't like them. Made for Fall PAC 2007.

  1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix chicken broth, uncooked rice, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and pimientos together.
  3. Put in a greased 11x7x1-1/2 inch baking dish.
  4. Place chicken breast on top of mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and freeze.
  6. To prepare, thaw and preheat over to 375 degrees.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 1 and 1/4 hours.
