This was a quick and simple dish to prepare. My little kids even liked it. I didn't have any milk so I used sour cream instead and I also added some broccoli. Yummy :)

This was a quick and easy dish to make, and tasted alright, but we did not enjoy it enough to make it again. There was something just a little bit "different" about the flavour - we couldn't quite put our fingers on it to explain it any better.

I thought this was easy to throw together, but nobody was really thrilled about the way it tasted. Mine came out kind of on the dry side and the family just didn't care for it.

This is a wonderful recipe. We LOVE jalapenos. This recipe works great with dairy free substitutes. I substituted Silk regular milk and cornstarch to thicken on the stove for the evaporated milk and 'follow your heart' brand mozzerrella cheese for the mj cheese and used regular chopped onion. It is so good that I always say I'm going to freeze some but I guess I will have to make 4 or more casseroles of it to actually manage it! Thank you for posting this!

We really enjoyed this. I used a whole large jalapeno, extra cilantro and substituted green onion for the red. Thanks for posting.

DH really enjoyed this. I'm more of a creamy chicken and rice person but this was a nice change. Made the kids a small casserole without the cilantro and they enjoyed it. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Wow, this was really good! I made it exactly how it was written, except that I sprinkled salt and pepper (and a little garlic) on top. I used the food processor to mince the red onion, and the flavor was dispersed really well. I really liked the texture of this casserole - almost like a quiche, with the eggs and milk. Thanks Fluffy!
