  1. Season tenderloins well with all the seasonings. Cook in olive oil until golden brown. Remove chicken and then cook diced onion in the olive oil leftovers.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Drain green beans.
  4. Cook rice.
  5. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  6. Put in a rectangle baking pan
  7. Bake 20-30 mins at 350.
