- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup uncooked regular brown rice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushroom
- In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
It is a quite tasteful dish,i added up 1tsp granulated garlik and 1/2tsp.Ginger,salt and pepper.Instead of chicken breast I used chicken thighs.
