This is one of those easy casseroles to make on busy weeknights. The French Fried onions give it such a nice flavor.
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 1⁄2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French-fried onions
- 4 chicken breasts
