I received this recipe from a friend many many years ago. This was my FIL favorite recipe and he would request it for his birthday dinner. He has passed on and I think about him fondly every time I make this recipe. Very easy and good but not for those counting calories.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray 13 x 9 x 2 glass pan with Pam.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Mix soups, broth and rice in prepared pan.
  5. Place chicken on top of rice.
  6. Pour butter over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  7. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
