Well, sorry Roni but I had alot of trouble with this recipe. First off cooking over 1 hour and the rice was still hard. After the hour it was really browning so I turned it down to 350 degrees. After an hour and a half the rice was still somewhat hard and that was after I had mixed it three times during cooking time. Sorry Roni
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups water

- Stir together rice, both cans of soup, water, and soy sauce in a casserole dish. Add chicken breasts, and push them into the rice mixture so they are somewhat immersed. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for about an hour, or until chicken is cooked (rice will be cooked too).
