  • 1 Cook pasta according to instructions on the package.Remove pasta from heat and strain. Pasta should be al dente.
  • Put pasta in a big bowl. Mix in fresh basil pesto, chicken, and pine nuts. Gently mix in cherry tomatoes, peas, fresh basil leaves and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill or serve at room temperature.

I love to socialize. Saturday night is usually an impromptu dinner with friends and games. Recently, I went wine tasting and loved it. I was never much for wine, I always prefered a cocktail. I am enjoying teaching my palate to distinguish flavors and it has helped with my cooking. My knife skills are the worst. I need a class from Emeril.
