Loved it! I added fresh mushrooms( like I do in almost every dish) and green onions a few minutes after I threw in the asparagus. I also used low fat soup and added a splash of lemon juice at the very end. It was fantastic...I especially love that it all cooked in one pot! Genius. It's a keeper for sure! Thank you for sharing.

This was very good, also as leftovers. I also added some onions and garlic like a lot of others. I also cooked the noodles for about 5 minutes which I think helped too. Thanks for the great recipe, can't wait to make it again.

Whole family loved. Very good. I sauted onions & garlic with the chicken at the beginning. Didn't have any asparagus so used broccoli and add some tricolor chopped peppers too. Yum!

I used chicken thighs and it did not turn out dry. Substituted the asparagus for broccoli since that's all I had. Very good. Thank you for sharing.

Simple and easy. Sauce was great. Chicken was a bit dry. Will try with broccoli next time.

Love this!! Added onions and garlic while cooking the chicken, and added some red pepper flakes for spice.

5 stars because my toddler who doesn't like ANYTHING ate 3 servings of this and asked for left-overs the next day. we used broccoli and found the pasta was cooked just right when done as directed.

This was great! Really simple and delicious. Thank you, podapo, for the recipe. I took others' suggestions and cooked the pasta about 5 minutes before adding it, as well as adding garlic to the chicken while it cooked. It was a big hit with my family. I'll be making this a staple in our home!

This was the first recipe I found on the site and luckily, it just so happens to be delicious. I made it last night for my boyfriend. Like a lot of other people, I substituted the asparagus for broccoli. For some reason, right before I was going to put the broccoli in, the pan started looking pretty dry so I added about a half cup of water to moisten things up a bit. It turned out fine still. My boyfriend raved all night about it and said it was the best thing I've ever made. There were definitely no left overs. I plan on making this dish sometime soon again. Thanks for the recipe.

This was Wonderful! I used broccoli due to some picky eaters in the family! I did pre cook the noodles for about 5 minutes and followed the recipe exactly after that and it was great! Thanks for posting!

I started making this and then realized I didn't have any cream of chicken soup so I used cream of mushroom. This made it taste more like chicken noodle casserole but was still good. I also used broccoli instead of asparagus and half and half instead of milk. I will definitely try this with cream of chicken next time.

I'd been meaning to try this since it has good "kid-friendly" ingred. I added a bit of cajun seasoning to the chicken and used fresh tortellini.I just used water to cook the pasta/veggies in. I have kind of forgotten about asparagus lately so was happy to include it. The kids cleaned their plates and that means I will gladly make this again. Thanks Podapo for posting. Roxygirl

Great quick weekday meal. I added some cajun seasoning to the chicken while it browned. I also did not have fresh broccoli so I blanched some frozen broccoli in the microwave before adding it which turned out fine. I will definitely try it with asparagus too. Thanks for the recipe.

This was easy and fast to make (please see how I rate recipes). I used asparagus but did not add garlic because I like to try the recipe as posted first, and then modify the next time. There will be a next time for this one as it had a nice flavor and was very easy to prepare. So, I will try this with garlic when cooking chicken, and then some fresh oregano at the end.

This turned out ok for me. I couldn't get as excited about it as most of the other reviewers because it was bland. I liked the fact that it is a one pot meal. I liked that you do not need to cook the pasta before assembling the dish.

It's a keeper! We cleaned it up. I added brocolli - just a little because the Kiddo doesn't like it - and I sauted the chicken with onion and garlic. I also found that I needed more broth than listed to get my penne done, but fine with me. A real comfort food-type dish.(and so easy) Thanks.
