A must have for family picnics!!!
I made this recipe for the ***JULY*** COOKING PHOTO FUN EVENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS. The recipe was wonderful and the colors were beautiful to photograph.
This was okay, but I think I would have liked the salad better if there were more vegetables and fruits in addition to the chicken and pasta. Thanks for sharing.
This is an incredible salad! I adored it. I went heavy on the blueberries and didn't find the dressing too tart at all. In fact, I could eat this dressing with a spoon.
I didnt end up liking the tartness from the yogurt and lemon juice in the dressing. But I did like the idea of blending up the green onion. I thought there was too much going on with the blueberries and red onions and ... Anyway, it wasn't for me.
A lovely summer salad! I did add a tsp of dried tarragon as I love the flavor. I used Barilla Plus pasta for the fiber and 1/2 tsp of Splenda to the dressing to take some of the tartness out, but that is a personal perference. This could be made with strawberries, peaches or melon cubes also. Thanks, Nurse Di for a new favorite pasta salad. Carole in Orlando
