A very good quick and easy recipe. The only thing I didn't care for and that's a personal preference were the spices. I did not like the paprika and curry powder together, although I like the two spices separately. I love olives and this is a versatile recipe that can be altered to make it more Spanish or Greek. I made this over couscous and it was good. Easy, quick, healthy, and I'm betting really good in a pita.
Delish. Tried this when attempting to make a dish my sister makes. Hers calls for the juice of two lemons and I use Sevilla olives (w/ pimentoes) because those are the only olives I like. This is super quick and easy and is great hot, cold or stuffed into a pita or wrap for a tasty lunch.
This was excellent (in addition to quick and easy)! Very nice flavor. I substituted a can of drained tomatoes for fresh. I will probably add a little more curry the next time. I served this with bulgar (#33722).
