      We really enjoyed this meal. I did not make the noodles, however. I just used boxed angel hair and that was good. I did not have sour cream so I used plain yogurt. I also added a few peas for color.

      What can I say? Superb! I only made one change and that was to increase the amount of the paprika-used a heaping teaspoon. The sauce had a great flavor. My noodles were a bit large, but this was my first experience making them. I've done dumpling noodles before but never these. Now I know for next time, and there will be a next time. My daughter scarfed down THREE helpings! Thanks for the great recipe.

      WOW even though you know nothing about hockey, you are a mighty fine cook! I was looking for something to feed a huge group of preteen girls and this looked interesting to me, I am glad it did because this is delicious! I never made noodles before, it was much easier than I expected. This was really really good, thanks Kevin!

    • this dish totally reminded me of the first place I went to eat in Prague. I added a little bit more paprika and then used 2cups sour cream. Excellent meal.
