I live on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, Australia. I love reading, cross-stitching and cooking in my spare time. I also love animals, especially unusual ones. I currently have 5 pet rats. My favourite cookbook is "The Cook's Companion" by Stephanie Alexander.
