      I was unsure how the sweet fruit would go with the other savoury ingredients in this dish but to my surprise they worked very well together. Because of a supermarket mix-up I ended up having to sub sun-dried tomatoes for cherry tomatoes. On the top I used strawberries, grapes and almonds. Thank you for a great salad that I'll be making again.

      What a delicious salad with an unusual mixture of fruits and veggies. I used Ataulfo mangoes, the Granny Smith apple, almonds, kiwi and strawberries. I think the celery would go very well with this mix and I wish I hadn't forgotten to include it. Made for Jammin' Java Jivers ZWT5
