Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

I love this recipe because it requires ingredients that I usually have on hand and is cooked quickly in the microwave.

• Prep Time: 20 mins
• Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

Serves: 4-6

Yield: 6.0 cups

• 1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
• 1 (10 ¾ ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (14 ½ ounce) can cut green beans , drained
• ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1⁄3; cup chicken broth
• ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 6 servings instant mashed potatoes
• ½ cup French fried onion rings

Directions:

1. In a 2-quart microwave safe casserole, combine first 6 ingredients.
2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes; stir to blend liquids.
3. Return to microwave and continue cooking on high power for another 2-3 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
4. Top with mashed potatoes and spread to cover chicken mixture; sprinkle with onion rings.
5. Return casserole to microwave and heat on high power for 2-3 minutes until mixture is hot and bubbly.
