      The cheesy rice is good, but the chicken gets dried out. I would make the cheesy rice again but top it with grilled chicken instead of cooking the chicken in the rice. Thanks for posting.

      This is really good. I did make a few changes the 2nd time I made it to suit our tastes. First I did soak the rice for a little bit and brown it in a oil bit of oil. The first time I cooked it, the rice didn't cook all the way and I had to extend the cooking time a bit. I also added a little garlic powder and some Lawry's Chicken seasoning to the rice when I was browning it. Overall this is a great dish, easy to prepare and my family enjoyed it.

      The whole family loved this dish. Even the rice haters. It was a quick meal to put together. My daughter can even make this on nights I'm not at home. Thanks!

      This is a quick and easy recipe that my whole family loved. I cooked it up and froze it to use later and it worked GREAT!!! Thanks for shareing this wonderfuld recipe!
