Tese were good! I used ground turkey instead of ground chicken since I had that on hand. I don't think there is much taste difference between the two when they are ground. The meat mixture is very moist. I wasn't sure if they would hold up very well during the frying process but they fried up just fine. My neighbors and I had these for dinner and all of us enjoyed them. We put a slice of cheese on the patties. These are nice and moist. They were quick and easy to fix. They came out nice and moist. I will be making these again. Thanks for a great recipe Pat.
