I got this recipe from a magazine at work. This is a pretty easy to put together recipe that you could customize to fit your own likes.

  1. Cook bacon and drain.
  2. Cook chicken and keep warm. You could use leftover reheated chicken for this if you wanted.
  3. Saute onions and peppers for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in peas and water.
  5. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes or til peas are tender crisp.
  6. Stir in rice.
