  1. My husband made this recipe and it turned out great.

  2. Very nice meal for our family. I do not use canned chicken, so used some chunked chicken I had precooked by boiling. I worked great. Makes a very full 9x13 cassserole so beware. Everything just works really well together. Made for the Photo Forum March Potatoes & Pasta Tag Game 2008.

Well as my title states, Chef I'm Not, I am or should I say I am not a horrible cook now. Well just an ok cook. Before finding this website, I could even botch grilled cheese sandwhichs. I know that sound really stupid, but it is true. My fiance was always left to cook, which even if he didn't want to admit it he likes to. I want to say thank you to all of you that have help make me a better cook by putting these great recipes online!! More about me...I am applying for veterinary school here in Michigan waiting to hear back. I am going on a cruise in about 10 weeks, so I am looking for good healthy meals!! Well I am not much about talking about myself, if you have questions just ask!!
