  1. In a large bowl combine broccoli, minute rice, chicken, soups, water chestnuts and cheez whiz.
  2. Saute the celery and onions in the butter until soft.
  3. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with a
  4. nonstick coating.
  5. Add the sautéed veggies to the mixture in the bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes in a
  7. 325-degree oven.
  8. Place onion rings on top and bake another 5 minutes.
