Quick alternative to regular cheese sauce. I never thought Id like this as I'm not a fan of blue cheese...but this dish is amazingly tatsy.I serve with boiled potatoes and steamed cauliflower. My kids love it too...give it a try you will be surprised!!
- For the chicken :Preheat oven 200degrees. Place in small roasting dish and a few splashes of olive oil and season. Cook for 25mins .basting half way through.
- For the sauce:Cut the blue cheese into small cubes and place into a small saucepan on low heat. As you see the cheese melting begin adding the cream in small amounts.giving it time to heat. Try not to let it boil.
- Pour sauce over chicken and your desired vegetables.and enjoy!
