  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 12 cups cooked peas and carrots
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 14 cup chopped pimiento
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a 2-quart casserole, combine everything except 1/2 cup of cheese and biscuits. Cover and bake for 20 minutes; remove from oven. Place biscuits on top; bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and bake 10 minutes or until brown.
