  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut 4 large pieces foil.
  • On one piece of foil place chicken and evenly divide Swiss chard and place on one side of foil.
  • Lay chicken and 1/4 apple rings.
  • Sprinkle with 1/4 of the next 9 ingredients.
  • Drizzle with juice.
  • Fold foil over and close top to hold juice in foil.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes.
