  1. In large skillet, heat half the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté apple and green onion, 4-5 minutes until onion is just softened. Transfer to a large bowl and wipe out skillet.
  2. Add quinoa flakes to skillet and cook until golden and fragrant. Add to apple mixture.
  3. Also add chicken, cooked quinoa, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, egg and honey, stirring to combine.
  4. Add remaining oil to skillet and heat over medium. Make 10 patties. Cook 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
