Excellent and versatile recipe for my wok PollyWK! I marinated the chook strips in homemade teriyaki sauce and stir fried them. Also added a bit of chili to the sauce to spice it up. Thanks from the wild west (Perth).
I didn't deep fry the chicken (I don't deep fry anything), but marinated it in shaoshing wine, soy sauce & cornflour, then stirfried. I added garlic & ginger & used different vegies to our taste. The taste was very mild, which disappointed us, so will add more flavour in future. Made for Recipe Swap 6. Thanks PW Kid for sharing this recipe.
