This was a great Chicken Alfredo! I used chicken thighs as we prefer the taste and sauteed some mushrooms with the onion as they needed to be used. All else was made as written. It's a keeper! Made for Culinary Quest 2014

This is one of the best chicken alfredos we have had! The addition of the bacon gives it so much more flavor. I used b/s chicken tenders and it was juicy and very flavorful. Served with salad and garlic cheese bread and even my picky 3yr DS ate it up! Made for Photo Tag.
Great recipe! I had to improvise a little because I was out of chicken stock so I used white wine instead and had to use elbow macaroni because I was out of fettuccine noodles! I learned from my mother years ago that you have to work with what you have and make it yours!
Totally amazing! This is my new favourite Chicken Alfredo recipe! So creamy and full of flavour; we had leftovers... But not for long! They made a great lunch the next day too!
The end result of the flavor on this one was fairly good, but it was a lot of work. Probably won't make it again ... not wow enough to be worth standing over the stove that long for. Family was not wild about it either.
Double everything about this recipe. There won't be anything left for seconds. And follow the double bacon tip. Absolutely delicious!
