Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb chicken thigh
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning


  1. spray pam for 2 seconds, cook chicken. season with mrs dash. once chicken is cooked, add peas and carrots.
