- 2 -3 lbs chicken
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 onion, chopped
- celery, chopped

- Wash chicken and remove giblets.
- Dry moisture off chicken. Rub inside well with salt and pepper. Add veg to cavity. Sprinkle with soy and salt. Tie legs together and brush skin with butter and honey.
- Place in pot on rack and roast for 35-40 180c/350f.
- You can also cook potatoes at the same time.
