For a quick and easy weeknight meal this was great. I think the sauce you choose will be the key to this recipe. I was not crazy with the sauce I choose to make this recipe. But is was very easy to put together. Thanks. Make for Fall PAC 2012

This was really easy and good. It was a quicker version of Chicken Parmesan that I served over whole wheat pasta and with Texas Toast. It was great for another baseball practice night because we through it together so quickly. Thanks for a great quick meal LainieBug. Made for PAC Spring 2014.

Can't get much easier than this. I used Newman's Own Marinara Sauce and the flavors were good. We all felt it was still missing something though - just not enough flavor. I served the chicken on hardy rolls as a type of chicken parmigiano which was a hit. I could see this served of course over pasta too or just on it's own. Made for I Recommend tag game based on ~Nimz~'s review. Thanks.
