HILTL is Europes oldest (more than 100 years) vegetarian restaurant with a huge salad buffet. This is my favourite.

  1. Heat peanut oil in pan and stew cumin.
  2. Add all other herbs and turn off heat, then add water.
  3. Grate carrot and onion, mix with yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and chick peas.
