I halved the recipe and also cut down on the cheese and ranch, but it's perfect veging out food! Cut into smaller pieces, I think it would make a good appetizer, too.
I'm not giving this recipe five stars because I changed it quite a bit. I lessoned the amount of bbq sauce to about 3/4 cup which was plenty. Also the recipe called for wayyyyyyy too much cheese and ranch dressing. I put about a cup of cheese on and probably only 4 T of ranch and a few shakes of chili powder. The caloric and fat content of the original recipe is terrible! The taste was great!
