      I only did two steaks, so halved the recipe...then realized that there were no measurements for the marinade! My favorite kind of recipe. I seasoned to my tastes, and marinated for 4 hour refrigerated, taking the steaks out for the last 30 minutes so the flavors would seep into the meat. I made the butter mixture 3 hours ahead of time so that the flavors could mix. Prepared my steaks on the grill to medium rare...delicious! Thanks for posting!

      This marinade is outstanding; bagged 2 sirloins at 9 in the morning and grilled the steaks at 6:00. Wonderful flavor!!! Made the butter at the same time--but forgot to use until after the photo was taken--Very nice! Butter would be good used on French Bread. Thanks for posting this keeper!

      AWESOME!! I love blue cheese, and I love a good rare steak.This put them both together. I ate the last of the bleu cheese butter on a cracker, after I had eaten my steak.This will be a regular thing for me! It's perfect on the steak,and the Bleu Cheese Butter itself is great as a spread.Thanks Debber, this is incredibly delicious!!
