- 1⁄2 ounce serrano chili, Stemmed, Seeded & Chopped
- 1 ounce chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 fluid ounces Rose's lime juice
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 5 lbs diced tomatoes
- 20 ounces diced red onions
- 1 ounce finely diced banana pepper
- 12 ounces diced bell peppers
- Combine salt & Rose's lime juice and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
