How can you go wrong with oatmeal and raisins :) Really moist, and very tasty. I used gluten free flour and oats and almond milk and soaked the raisins in Bourbon. Thanks for sharing :)

Good recipe if you are not watching calories -GREAT if you are! I didn't realize that this was a low calorie recipe. You DEFINITELY can not tell by eating them either. Moist and delicious. My 2 yr old loved them. Don't overcook though. Take out before they get brown, or they get crunchy (still good though!) I added chocolate chips w/ same amount of raisins- EVEN BETTER!

Your recipe doesn't state when to add the raisins and if you drain the whiskey/rum or add it to the batter. Please add this info to your recipe. I'm looking forward to trying it. Thanks!
