  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large bowl, cream margarine, baking soda, ginger, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined.
  • Add sugar and egg and mix until blended.
  • Mash bananas and add to bowl with applesauce.
  • Add oats and flour.
  • Add chocolate chips, sunflower seeds and raisins.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies will be chewy and delicious!

  1. I eat gluten-free and my doctor told me that the rolled oats are naturally gluten-free, but usually are contaminated with gluten during the preparation! You should ask your doctor first or buy these from the special gluten-free stores. For example I can't find not contaminated oats where I live, but only "Mùsli".
