Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup coconut milk
  • 34 cup dried mixed fruit
  • 12 cup sliced almonds
  • 12 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 13 cup hemp protein powder
  • 14 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar
  • 12 cup hemp seeds
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 cup honey or 14 cup syrup
  • 12 cup oats, toasted

Directions

  1. Mix All Ingredients.
  2. Press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
  3. Let dry overnight & then cut into bars.
  4. Refrigerate for freshness.
