I don't see what all the 5 stars are about. The cookies turned out fine for me but nothing amazing, especially considering all the butter! I didn't have a bowl big enough for the recipe; I ended up separating it into two bowls in order to deal with all of it! Good but nothing special.
Super easy and people loved it!!
Delish! I made with Splenda instead of white sugar. I also used almost 2 cups of fresh cranberries that I diced up. I didn't add nuts b/c I didn't have any. These were super yummy
They're yummy. I made them with walnuts and instant oats because I didn't have old fashioned. They looked wet for a long time and I ended up baking them for about 12-14 min. They turned out great. Really nice taste and texture.
These are great. I used half cranberries and half chocolate chips! Also, I used almond extract instead of vanilla extract and it worked soooo good with the cranberries. Just fantastic.
Love, love this recipe. It is hit in my house and at the office. Thank you for posting it!
Used whole wheat flour to make it a bit healthier, and it was great!! My 2-year-old devoured it!
I've tried other recipes with oatmeal and cranberries and these are, by far, the tastiest. And I might add, the 'chewiest' cookies. But there is no way these cookies were done within 11 minutes at 350 deg. I had to adjust to 13 minutes - of course, it depends on your actual oven temp, the cookie size, the rack that tray is on, etc. Also, I used walnuts instead of pecans - personal preference.
Fantastic!!!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!!
I baked these last night and they turned out devine! Instead of using all pecans, I used a combination of pecans and walnuts. The cranberry's add the perfect sweetness to the cookie. Yum yum....I'm making more tonight for our camping trip this weekend.
