Upgrading to five. These are way better the day after you make them and DO chill them. Very good. They are plenty sweet! Next time I may cut the sugar. Easy recipe with the things I love - coconut, chocolate and raisins. Outrageously delicious! One tip - the instruction to bake for an additional 30 minutes after adding the topping was WAY too long for my bars....fortunately, I checked at 20 minutes. They were completely brown on top and almost over the edge toward burned. I will adjust the bake time next time to about 16 minutes, then check every minute until they are done. Will make again. With baking time change and less sugar, easily a 5 star for me. Thanks for posting! Will make again!
