  1. preheat oven to moderate.
  2. grease 19 x 29 cm pan.
  3. line base and 2 long sides with baking paper extending over edge.
  4. combine brown sugar, egg and extract in bowl.
  5. stir in sifted flours and cocoa powder then coconut.
  6. spread evenly over base of pan ( i use fingers).
  7. put in oven aobut 30 min til firm.
  8. make icing.
  9. sift icing sugar and cocoa into bowl.
  10. add butter and water stir until icing is spreadable consistency.
  11. spread onto slice.
