Threw this together to use up some stuff in the fridge. I often enjoy this quick and light salad for lunch.
- 2 -3 ounces deli turkey, diced
- 2 1⁄4 ounces spring green mixed salad greens
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 -2 ounce chevre cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons newmans own sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
