Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey.
- 1 (8 ounce) canof pitted cherries, drained
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (not flavored)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup chopped ice
- Blend cherries in blender until pureed.
- Add yogurt, honey, vanilla and ice.
- Continue to blend until very smooth.
- Pour into glass and serve.
