These are yummy. I added a clove of garlic and used less of the dressing (one tablespoon oil and two tablespoons lemon). The fresh basil is nice.

I decided to make this with beautiful roma tomatoes I found at the grocery store for our Easter meal. I cut them into wedges and made as directed. It looks, smells, and tastes beautiful. You can't go wrong with a few simple fresh ingredients. Thank you Sharon!
