This relish is great with grilled meat.
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2⁄3 cup canned mild green chili, drained and diced
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- Whisk balsamic vinegar and oregano in a medium bowl to blend.
- Gradually whisk in oil.
- Mix in green chilies and green onions.
- Add tomatoes,toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
