    A really nice slice, which is great for when you are expecting guests. A bit like a Cherry Ripe!

    Ingredients:

    BASE

    MIDDLE

    • 1 can condensed milk
    • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
    • 90 g sliced glace cherries

    TOP

    Directions:

      BASE: Grease and line a slice tin.
    2. 2
      Mix all ingradients together in a bowl.
    3. 3
      Place in tin.
    4. 4
      Bake 15 minutes at 350.
    5. 5
      Allow to cool.
    6. 6
      MIDDLE: Mix all ingredients together and place on top of base.
    7. 7
      Bake another 15 minutes at 350.
    8. 8
      Allow to cool.
    9. 9
      TOP: Melt all ingredients over stove and pour on top of slice.

      Very tasty and quick! It does taste like a cherry ripe. The only changes I made were to add a bit of red food colouring to the middle and sprinkle the top with some additional coconut. They looked gorgeous! Thanks Food_Lush.
