ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup cherry preserves
• 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
• 1⁄4 cup minced jalapeno
• 1 teaspoon salt

directions

1. In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients and whirl for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
