- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1⁄4 cup minced jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients and whirl for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
