FANTASTIC! It left my mouth watering for more. wow, i'm going to make this all the time, but I mean all the time! At first, I thought it was going to be just pudding, but it came out to be a moist cake with gooey cherry filling or pudding. yummy! thanks for the posting!

  1. In 11x7 baking pan, melt margarine.
  2. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, milk and baking powder.
  3. Pour over margarine.
  4. Do not stir.
  5. Pour pie cherries, with juice, over the flour mixture.
  6. Do not stir.
  7. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
  8. Bake at 325* for 55 minutes.
