FANTASTIC! It left my mouth watering for more. wow, i'm going to make this all the time, but I mean all the time! At first, I thought it was going to be just pudding, but it came out to be a moist cake with gooey cherry filling or pudding. yummy! thanks for the posting!

FABULOUS! This was so easy to make that I'm going to have my 5 and 7 year olds make it next time! We had to substitute a lot of stuff so that it was gluten free (gf flour mix), dairy free (nut milk) and refined sugar free (honey) because we have celiac disease in our family, but it was still enjoyed by every person! This is very rare in our family for a dessert!

This recipe was very easy to assemble. I usually make my family recipe for cherry pudding but this dish was quicker to put together. We thought it was too sweet for us and I only used 1/2C sugar at the end to sprinkle over the top.
