This refreshing recipe can easily be doubled if serving a crowd.
- 1 3⁄4 cups fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 quarts cold water
- 1 lb fresh cherries, pitted
- In a gallon container, combine the lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in the water and cherries.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice.
A little sweet for me personally but I think it went over pretty well with my friends.
