  1. Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Beat on medium speed until well combined (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in cherries and nuts.
  4. Divide in half and shape into 2 balls.
  5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Roll balls in coconut.
  7. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  8. Serve with short bread cookies.
