this adds not only a lovely color but a huge flavor to the turkey.
- 1 cup cherry preserves
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- In a saucepan combine ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
- Remove from heat; cool bast turkey last two hours of cooking.
- Makes outstanding gravy.
