This uses either frozen or fresh cherries. The frozen version gives it a nice, cold and chewy texture.
- 2 1⁄2 cups frozen pitted cherries or 2 cups fresh pitted cherries
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
- 3 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
- In medium bowl, combine cherries, maple syrup, ginger and yogurt.
- Mix well.
